  1. To provide instructions for running the Pre-Plans Completed this Year report.

     

How is this report helpful?
 

  1. This report summarizes the Pre-Plans that have been completed for the current year by City, Building Use, and User.
     
  1. This is a chart-ONLY report.

Instructions

 

  1. Navigate to Reports Pre-Plan Reports.






     
  2. The Pre-Plans Completed this Year report will be the default report on the landing page.






     
  3. The landing page will display 3 charts: 
     
    1. Pre-Plans Completed by month per City
       
    2. By Building Use
       
    3. Pre-Plans completed by User














       
  4. Each report can be expanded for focused viewing by selecting .





     
  5. Each chart can be downloaded by selecting .






     
  6. Hovering over elements of the chart will provide information for that data element.
