Assets Module - Assets Apparatus Work Orders Cost Report

Purpose
 

  1. To explain the Assets Apparatus Work Order Costs report.

     

How is this report helpful?
 

  1. This report is a way to review Work Order Costs for your apparatus.

     
  2. This report tracks expenses for both Labor and Parts.

     
  3. This report can be used for forecasting apparatus repairs for yearly budgets.

Directions
 

  1. Navigate to Reports Assets Reports.






     
  2. Select the Assets Apparatus Work Order Costs from the dropdown menu on the landing page.






     
  3. The Advanced Search button will allow you to filter the data by Apparatus Name or Date Range.






     
  4. The fields at the top of the data report can be used to sort the report by clicking the title.






     
  5. Select a View Count button to display the selected number of rows on a single page view.

     
  6. You can download the report into a CSV file by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the report.
