Instructions
To resolve a Calculation Issue for Risk Management this permission is needed: Fire Prevention bucket - Risk Assessment Edit Score
This error message could be encountered when performing a Risk Assessment:
Problem: A field in Field Management has no associated score value:
NOTE: Construction Types have to be formatted correctly to calculate the needed fire flow. Reference the attached document in the related KBA in reference to formatting the Construction Type in Admin > Field Management > Construction Type
Resolution:
Option #1 (preferred choice):
1. Using an an Ad Hoc report, find all instances of the Calculation Issue and change the field to a System Created value.
2. Access all records with the drop down list item and change to an item that has an valid associated score.
3. Navigate to Admin > Field Management > Field with error and delete the List Item that has no score.

- Data source is Occupancies using a tabular report with columns for the identifying information for the occupancies and the field that is causing the Calculation Issue error:

Select Occupancy Id and update the field causing the error.
Option #2:
1. Using Admin > Field Management, select Edit for the field with the Calculation Issue and enter a score:
NOTE: Use care to enter a reasonable value to maintain integrity with the scoring system values.
