Step-by-Step Guide
1. Click on the First Due Logo, then select Scheduling > Shift Board.
2. Click on the three vertical dots next to the assignment that you need to add Holdover Hours to.
3. Click on Add Holdover hours.
4. Document the:
- Start and End Time. When these are documented, the duration will fill automatically.
- Work Type and Subtype if needed.
- Project code, if applicable.
- Add any Notes relevant to the holdover.
- Click Save when Done.
5. The holdover hours will appear to the right of the individual's names, showing the shortcode for the work type selected.
