Starting a Non-schedule Inspection

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate where in the First Due System a user can start a non-schedule inspection.

Instructions

1. Inspections List - Step 1
  1. From Inspections List, click on Start an Inspection.
  2. Identical operation available in the Fire Due Progressive web App - Inspections List.

  1. Enter an address of an Occupancy.

  1. Click on Start Inspection.

4. Inspection Organizer - Step 1
  1. Select the Inspection Type needed and then change.
  2. Hint: Apply any needed filters to find the Occupancy you desire to start the inspection for.

  1. Click on Start Inspection in the Actions Column.

6. Pre-plans Map - Step 1
  1. Select the Address Marker for an Occupancy.

  1. Click on Start an Inspection.

8. Pre-Plans List - Step 1
  1. Select the address of the Occupancy you desire to start an inspection for.
  2. Hint: Apply any needed filters to find the Occupancy you desire to start the inspection for.

  1. User will be redirected to the pre-plans map.
  2. Click on Start an Inspection.

  1. Click on Continue with Current.

11. First Due Mobile App - Step 1
  1. Select Menu and then the Fire Inspection Shortcut.
  2. NOTE: You have to have internet connectivity to use this method.
