1. Click on ITM.

3. Click on Reference Documentation.

Reference area allows us to provide reference materials in the form of hyperlinks, PDFs, Or Word Documents to Service Providers.

This can include internal workflows, standard operating procedures and any relevant documentation based on your jurisdiction.

4. Click on Add to include new reference materials.

5. Required fields include Document Name and Description.
