Fixes

  1. Fix Divisions Menu Dropdown Functionality

    1. The Divisions menu dropdown was becoming non-functional after a Division Supervisor was assigned, preventing proper management of supervisor assignments. This fix restores full dropdown functionality and ensures only Incident Commanders can modify division supervisor assignments. The system now provides clear confirmation modals to all affected parties when a supervisor reassignment occurs, including notifications to the outgoing supervisor, the Incident Commander, and the newly assigned supervisor. The user interface updates immediately to reflect the new assignments, ensuring all users have accurate, real-time information about division leadership.
  2. Enable Division Supervisor Editing Capabilities

    • Division Supervisors now have full editing and management capabilities within their assigned division, replacing the previous "view only" restrictions. Supervisors can assign units, update resource statuses, manage division operations, and use drag-and-drop functionality—all while maintaining strict permission boundaries that limit access to their specific division only. The View Only status icon will now read Supervise when a user has been assigned to the Division as a supervisor.
