New Features
Pre-Plan Changelog Details/Summary
- What: Users can now see a summary of the changes in a preplan from a column in the Pre-Plan Changelog and a button in the Actions column.
- Why: Sometimes it is difficult to see what information has been added to a preplan.
- How: Access from the Pre-Plan Organizer by clicking the History button (↻) next to any address. In the resulting screen, there is a column labeled Summary that the user can access information and also a "Bulleted List icon" in the Actions column that displays a pop-up with the summary of changes.
Pre-Plan and Occupancies API Changes
- What: Expands the existing fd-api occupancy endpoint. Third party systems now have Create, Read, Update and Delete capabilities directly through First Due's API.
- Why: Prior to this feature, the third party system only had Read capabilities though the First Due API. This expands those capabilities.
- How: For more on this feature, please contact your Implementation Manager or Client Success Manager.

- None
Fixes
- Mobile App Offline Files Download: Several clients noted that, during the process of downloading preplan data for offline use, the time and progress bar was not fuctioning properly. This has been fixed.
