NERIS Documentation - Signatures

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to explain how to set the Officer in charge along with Member completing the report within the Signatures tab.

Directions


1. Navigate to the Wrap Up section and select on Signatures tab.

2. From the Signature tab you are able to set the Officer in charge along with the Member completing the report and sign the report.

3. To set the Officer in charge select the +Add button.






4. Using the dropdown or list view to select the person who was the officer in charge.

5. To document the member completing the report select the +Add button.





6. Using the dropdown or list view to select on who is completing the report, then using the signature block to sign.
  1. If you have your signature saved within your profile settings you will see the Fill Signature which will stamp the saved signature into the field.

7. Once the Officer in charge along with Member completing report has personnel assigned you are able to modify them by using the Edit button.
