To explain the Outside Resources section in the First Due Mobile App and how to add, edit and delete them. Outside Resources are weblinks inside of the First Due app that open in an external web browser on the users device.
2. Here, we can see any resources pushed to our device by administrators, as well as any resources we have added to our device.
-Resources are pushed to all devices in the account by administrators.
-My Resources are ones that the user added to their device. Note: These links only populate in that user account on that device.
3. Click on any of these resources and they will take us to the web address in the users default web browser. Safari for iOS devices and Chrome for Android devices.
Adding a My Resource on the Mobile App.
1. To add a resource to My Resources on the mobile app, select the plus sign in the upper right hand corner.
2. Next, type in the Title and the web address of the resource.
-When done click Save.
3. The new resource will appear in the My Resources Section.
Editing/Deleting My Resources
1. To edit or delete a My Resource you added to your device, drag the desired resource to the left until the pencil and trashcan appear.
2. To edit a websites URL or the title, select the pencil.
