Managing Med Kit Groups

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate on how to create groups for medication kits along with navigating the Med Kit Groups within the medication setup.

Directions

1. Navigate to the Medications module then select on Setup.

2. Select the Med Kit Groups section.


Select the Med Kit Groups section.



3. Search any existing Med Kit Groups by Name or Description then select Apply.

4. Columns can be sorted in ascending/descending order by selecting on the column header.






5. From the Actions column one can edit or delete any existing Med Kit Group.
  1. Pencil icon - allows to edit Med Kit Group.
  2. Trash can icon - deletes Med Kit Group.

6. Choose how many Med Kit Groups to display on screen.

7. Select on New Med Kit Group to add/create a medication kit group.






8. From the modal enter information for the New Medication Group.
  1. Name - required field, give the group a name.
  2. Description - input details about this group.
  3. Medication Kit - use the dropdown to select what med kits to associate to this group.

9. Once all information is entered select Save.
