1. Navigate to Medications module then click on Setup.
2. Click on Med Kits List.
3. Click on Add Med Kit.
4. Fill in Required Fields: Kit Name and ID.
5. Now fill in the Optional fields.

Location, using the dropdown you can select where the kit is stored within your agency's defined locations (compartments, storages, kits).
Indicate whether the kit is currently in service and provide an "In Service Date".
6. Use the controlled substance slider to designate the kit as a "CS" kit and indicate whether the security method can be changed.
Choose if using a Lock or Seals for you Controlled Substance Kit.
If using seals, select number of seals using along with the color.
7. Select if Signatures are going to be required for On Coming, Off Going and a Supervisor.
8. Select if this Kit requires a Count.
9. Click on Save.
10. Indication alert that the Medication Kit was created.
