Med Kit List: Adding a new Med Kit
Purpose
To demonstrate how to add a new Med Kit within Medications.

Directions
1. Navigate to Medications module then click on Med Kit List.
2. Click on + Med Kit to create or add a Med Kit.
3. Fill in Required Fields: Kit Name and ID.
4. Now fill in the Optional fields.
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Location, using the dropdown you can select where the kit is stored within your agency's defined locations (compartments, storages, kits).
- Indicate whether the kit is currently in service and provide an "In Service Date".
5. Use the controlled substance slider to designate the kit as a "CS" kit and indicate whether the security method can be changed.
Choose if using a Lock or Seals for you Controlled Substance Kit.
If using seals, select number of seals using.
6. Select if this Kit requires a Count.
8. Click on Save.
9. Indication alert that the Medication Kit was created.
