Inspections by Building Type Report

Purpose

  1. To explain the Inspections by Building Type report.


How is this report helpful?

  1. This report breaks down Inspections by Building Type.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Reports > Inspections.





  2. Select Inspections by Building Type from the dropdown menu.






  3. The table will display  Scheduled, Unscheduled, and Total Inpsections for each Building Type.




    The  Icon under the Actions column displays a list of hyperlinks that will give you quick access to individual addresses and Inspections that were conducted.



  4. The  Advanced Search  button will allow you to filter the data by  Date Interval , Fire Zones , and Building Types





    The default setting for this report is the Current Calendar Year and includes all Zones and Types.



  5. You can view the Inspections by Address in Table Format by selecting the All Data button in the lower right corner of the report.





  6. You can download the report into an Excel CSV file by clicking on the  icon at the lower left corner of the report.
