Inspection Data Sharing
Purpose
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate how to share and view in-progress and completed inspection for another First Due Client.
- The
feature is active only in client accounts with data sharing active.

Instructions
1. Click on Admin.
2. Click on User Data Sharing.
3. Enter a name that you desire to share your data with.
4. Click on Add.
5. Select View Only or None in the Inspections Column for the user, then select Save.
6. With View Only selected for Data Sharing, the user will be able to view any In-progress or Completed Inspection from the sharing client.
- NOTE: Users can’t download, delete, or send emails for inspections started by another client.
