Form Builder - Quote Block

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is demonstrate how to add a Quote Block using the Form Builder.
  2. These instructions apply to the Quote Block in Form Builder for the following Modules: Inspections, Permits, and Fire Investigation.

Instructions

1.  Create a new form or select edit to edit an existing form.






2. Mouse over in the left margin at the current block and select the + sign to add a Quote Block under the current Block.





3.  Select Quote from the dropdown menu.






4. Two text boxes will render:
  1. Top text box is for the quote.
  2. Bottom box is for the caption.





5. Select Tune to apply justification, add a data field (see next step), move up and down, or delete (select the X 2 times).
