Form Builder - Customizable Label option in the US Mail Component

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate how to create a new Customizable Label to the US Mail Component.
  2. These Instructions apply to the Form Builder for the Inspections Module and Invoicing Modules.

Instructions


1. Click on Inspections and then Form Builder List.



Click on Inspections and then Form Builder List.



2. Click Create Form or Edit.

3. For a new Form, make the Form usable for an Inspection Report or Inspection Reminder.
  1. The Template Category cannot be changed once a Form is saved.
  2. This step does not apply to the Invoicing Form Builder.

4. Click on Tune for the US Mail Format Block.

5. Click on Label (Text) to add the Customizable Text field to the Form.

6. Type in your text.
  1. Supports alpha numeric, spaces, and special characters like !@#$%^&*().
  2. The text label supports up to 50 characters.





7. Click on Save.

8. Click on Save or Modify the Effective Date and then save.
