Best Practices

Always verify that the selected contact type matches your form's intended use case to ensure relevant information is displayed. Test the block's appearance in print preview mode before finalizing forms, as formatting may differ between screen and print views. When using multiple Contact Information Blocks on the same form, ensure consistent formatting by applying the same font and style settings. Regularly review and update your contact database to maintain accuracy in all generated forms. Consider the form's intended audience when selecting which contact details to display, including only necessary information to maintain professional appearance and protect sensitive data.
