We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of First Due's Next Generation Fire Documentation U.I. – an update focused on enhancing the visual appearance of reporting. Experience the same familiar NFIRS fields and submission standards—now with a modern look and feel.

  1. A Modern, User-Friendly Interface. Designed to simplify your workflow, with smoother navigation and easy data input- enjoy faster, and more efficient Fire documentation. 
  2. Optimized for Any Device. With a responsive and consistent documentation experience on your phone, tablet, or computer, you can swiftly and accurately record incident data.
  3. Faster Documentation. Quick data entry features such as drop-down menus simplify workflows across any device, allowing you to focus more on response.
  4. Same Fields. New Look.  This update features the same familiar NFIRS fields and submission standards—now with a modern, updated interface for a better user experience.

Timeline

  1. January 6th
    1. Early Access Preview Available: First Due's Next-Generation Fire Documentation will be available in your test environment for 3 weeks

  2. January 6th- January 27th
    1. Early Access Preview & Transition Period: Take this opportunity to explore the new interface, trial new features, and get your team comfortable with the new look and feel for a seamless transition.

  3. January 27th
    1. Official Release Date: Mark your calendar for the launch of First Due's Fire Documentation. On January 27th, the new layout will be available and live in all First Due accounts.



Accessing your Test Environment

United Sates 
  1. Access. To access the test environment, please click Get Started

  2. Login. Use your existing user credentials for First Due to access the test environment.

  3. Explore. Once logged in, take your time to explore the new user interface, dive into new features, and familiarize yourself with the new look and feel. Testing is only available on a web-based browser NOT the First Due Android/ iOS App.

  4. Feedback & Support. For questions, direct feedback, or run into any issues logging in please Submit a Ticket to the Support Team.

Canada
  1. Access. To access the test environment, please click Get Started or visit test30-canada.firstdue.com.
