Why: To allow Service Providers so update their own information.
How: Account Settings > to update company details.
Use Case: Service Provider is able to update their own information as needed.
2. Business Portal - ITM Draft Report Deletion
What: Service Providers can delete ITM reports that are still in "Draft" status.
Why: To reduce clutter in the system and let businesses remove draft reports they no longer need, keeping their report lists organized and current.
How: A trash can icon appears next to draft reports only. Users click it and confirm they want to delete the draft report permanently.
Use Case: A contractor accidentally starts an inspection report for the wrong building and can now delete that draft instead of leaving incomplete reports cluttering their dashboard.
