Assets Module - Checklist Completion Status Report

Purpose

  1. To explain the Checklist Completion Status Report for the Assets module.


How is this report helpful?

  1. This report allows you to track what Checklists have been completed.

  2. This report tracks all Incomplete Checklists.

  3. This reports tracks Overdue items that need attention immediately.

Directions

  1. Navigate to Reports > Assets Reports.




  2. The default report is Checklist Completion Status.






  3. If you wish to change the default search parameters select Advanced Search and then select items from one or multiple dropdown menus.






  4. You can include or exclude different areas of the chart by selecting it on the left side of the report.









  5. The chart can be expanded into focus mode using the  icon or downloaded using the  icon.





  6. The report data can be viewed by selecting All Data.








  7. Select a "Page" button to navigate to a specific page.

  8. Select a "View Count" button to display selected number of rows on a single page view.

  9. Select  to download the report into a CSV file.
