The Inspection Checklist Block can display the following information:
- Results: Citation, Corrected, Pass, Resolved, Fail, and N/A.

Best Practices
- Review Result Options: Confirm that the appropriate inspection results are selected for display on reports.
- Configure Associated Codes: Verify that codes are enabled for the result options where they are needed.
- Maintain Consistent Checklist Settings: Use the bulk update option when the same result options should apply across Standard Inspection Checklist Types.
- Organize Report Layouts: Position the Checklist Table where inspection findings can be easily reviewed.
- Preview Reports: Generate a sample report after making changes to verify that the expected information appears.
- Exclude Unnecessary Results: Only enable results that provide useful information to the recipient of the inspection report.
Additional Information
The Inspection Checklist Block uses information from the inspection and its associated configuration settings. Adding the block to a form does not automatically enable every result or associated code.
Departments should review their Inspection Type, Form, and Standard Inspection Checklist Type settings to ensure the completed report displays the intended information.
