Purpose Statement
Grouping Configuration allows agencies to define how assignments are organized and displayed within the agency-level Scheduling view. Agencies can use either Division or District as the grouping anchor and arrange those groups in the order that best represents their organizational structure.
Background Information
Grouping Configuration is located within the Setup section of the Scheduling module. This configuration determines how assignments are grouped and nested when using the agency-level view.
Agencies can select one of the following grouping anchors:
- Division
- District
After selecting a grouping anchor, administrators can organize the individual divisions or districts into the preferred display order.
A preview is available within Grouping Configuration so administrators can review how assignments will be nested beneath the selected groups before saving the configuration.
Required Permissions
