Purpose Statement
Daily Log History allows users to review Daily Log activities entered in the Events Module. This page provides a centralized history of Daily Log entries so users can quickly confirm when an activity occurred, who entered it, whether it was modified, and what was documented.
Daily Log History helps departments maintain visibility into documented activities, support internal review, and locate past Daily Log entries more efficiently.
Background Information
Daily Log History is located in the Events and Activities area of First Due. The Events and Activities module is used to document department activity, and Daily Log History provides a historical view of Daily Log entries created within that module.
Entries are displayed by activity date, with the most recent activity listed at the top by default. Users can customize the view by reordering columns and applying available filters.
Required Permissions
Users must have access to the Events and Activities module and the appropriate Daily Log or activity history permissions assigned by an administrator.
Specific permission names may vary by agency configuration. If a user cannot access Daily Log History, an administrator should review the user’s role permissions for access to Events and Activities, Daily Log, and related view/history permissions.
