Purpose Statement
The My Evaluations List allows users to view and manage evaluations where they are assigned as a candidate, listed as an evaluator, or included as an additional signatory.
This list view helps users quickly identify evaluations requiring action, review evaluation details, locate missing signatures, and access available evaluation actions based on their assigned permissions.
Background Information
The My Evaluations List is located under Evaluations > My Evaluations.
Users may see evaluations in this list when they are connected to the evaluation in one of the following roles:
- Assignee/Candidate: The user is assigned to complete or participate in the evaluation.
- Evaluator: The user is responsible for evaluating the candidate.
- Signatory: The user has been added as an additional signature on the evaluation.
Available options in the list view may vary by user role and permissions.
Required Permissions
Access to the My Evaluations List and related actions is permission-dependent.
Administrators should review the agency’s Training/Evaluations permissions in First Due and assign access based on the user’s role and responsibilities.
