Required Permissions
To access Advanced Data Insights Dashboards, users must have:
- Access to the Dashboards Module
- Permission to View Dashboards
- Agency must have the Advanced Data Insights upgrade enabled

Step-by-Step Guide
Access Advanced Data Insights Dashboards
- Click the First Due logo in the upper-left corner to open the module stack
Select the Dashboards module - Choose either:
- Dashboards, or
- Dashboard List
- Click on the title of the dashboard you want to view
Navigate Between Dashboards
- Click Select Dashboard at the top of the screen
- Choose a dashboard labeled with “Advanced Data Insights”
- Dashboards are categorized by Fire or EMS
- The selected dashboard will load automatically
Use Dashboard Features
- Use tabs within the dashboard to view different data sets
- Apply filters at the top (and sometimes bottom) of the dashboard
- Scroll to explore additional metrics and visualizations

- Refresh the dashboard
