- Open the Community Connect module
- Click the First Due icon.
- Navigate to Community Connect.
- Select Permits Approval.
- Review the Permit Approvals list
- The page displays permits that are currently pending approval.
- Users can review the available records directly from this list view.
- Use filters to narrow the list
- Use the filters at the top of the page to refine the list of permit approvals.
- Apply the appropriate criteria to find the permit you want to manage.
- Download the list if needed
- Export the Permit Approvals list as a CSV file when needed for reporting or review.

- Select the blue highlighted address link for a permit.
