Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to Hydrant Work Order Board Setup
Click on the First Due logo
Scroll through the module stack
Select Hydrants
Click on Hydrant Work Order Board Setup
2. Reorder Work Order Boards
Locate the list of existing work order boards
Click and hold the three-bar (hamburger) icon next to a board
Drag and drop the board into the desired position
Release to save the new order
Note: The order configured here determines how boards are displayed throughout the system
3. Manage Work Order Board Actions
On the right-hand side of each board, use the available action icons:
Activate/Deactivate
Toggle the board’s active status
A confirmation warning will appear before changes are applied

Modify the board’s configuration and details
Delete
Permanently remove the work order board from the system
4. Add a New Work Order Board
Click Add Board in the upper-left corner
