Purpose Statement
The Hydrant Work Order History allows agencies to view and manage all hydrant-related work orders in one centralized location. Users can review past and current work orders, filter records to find specific hydrants or tasks, and perform management actions such as viewing details, editing, archiving, or exporting reports.
This improves operational visibility and ensures hydrant maintenance activities are properly documented and accessible.
Background Information
Hydrant maintenance and repair tasks are often tracked through work orders. Over time, agencies may accumulate a large number of records related to inspections, repairs, or operational changes.
The Hydrant Work Order History provides a searchable and filterable list of all hydrant work orders. Users can quickly locate specific records by hydrant ID, work order number, status, phase, or summary. The module also allows users to perform administrative actions such as editing, archiving, or exporting records for reporting purposes.
Common use cases include:
Reviewing previous hydrant maintenance work
Checking the status of active work orders
Exporting work order data for reporting
Navigating directly to hydrant locations on the map
