Question: Why does the Invoice list have an orange exclamation mark on some of the invoices?
Answer: The orange exclamation point is a visual indicator that the Name of the Occupancy, Billing Address, and/or Contact information was updated since the Invoice was created.

Question: How do I write a formula for an invoice line item?
Answer: From the website navigate to the Invoicing>Fee Schedule>[Edit or create a new line item]>Under “Fee Type” choose “Formula”, which will open the “Fee Formula” area. Formulas support parenthesis, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction, and commonly used occupancy record data fields called “Placeholders”.
