- Business Portal Module Access – Provides access to Business Portal features.
- Business Portal Accounts - View – Allows the user to view service provider accounts and account details.

Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to Business Portal Accounts
Click Business Portal, then select Business Portal Accounts.
Review the Account Status
Locate the Account Status for the service provider.
The Account Status displays the current status of the relationship between your AHJ and the service provider.
Open the Service Provider Account
Locate the service provider you want to review and click the eye icon to open the account details.
Review Service Provider Information
Review the available Service Provider Information, which includes:
- Business Name
- Business Number
- Email Address
- Business Address
Can view in the columns or by clicking on the view icon under actions.
