Step 1: Navigate to Code Organizer
- Go to Inspections
- Select Code Organizer
Step 2: Filter for Codes with Standard Remarks (Optional)
- Locate the Standard Remarks filter
- Set to Yes
- Click Search to view applicable codes
Step 3: Open a Code
- Locate the desired code
- Click the Info (i) icon to view details (optional)
- Click on the code to open it
Step 4: Add or Edit Standard Remarks
- Scroll to the bottom of the code page
- Click Add Standard Remark
- Enter your remark using available formatting tools:
- Bold, italics, underline
- Headers and highlights
- Bullet or numbered lists
- Hyperlinks (e.g., NFPA or vendor links)
- Save your changes

- Open an Inspection Checklist
