Dashboards 101 Academy introduces users to First Due Dashboards and how they provide an at-a-glance view of agency information. Designed for new users, administrators, supervisors, and personnel who use dashboards in their daily work, this course focuses on navigation and foundational features. Topics include accessing available dashboards, understanding dashboard layouts, viewing reports and charts, and using available filters to explore information. Participants will gain a basic understanding of how dashboards support awareness, track activity, and inform everyday decisions.
