Work Orders: Viewing the Work Order History for a Specific Asset
Purpose
- The purpose of this article is to inform users how to view the work order history for an apparatus, station, equipment item, or kit in the First Due Assets Module.
Video
Directions
1. Click on Assets.
2. Click on the appropriate checks view for the Apparatus, Equipment, Station, or Kit that the work order history applies to.
3. Once the Apparatus, Equipment, Station, or Kit is selected. Open the Work Order view and click on the blue History button.
4. The work orders for the only the selected asset will be displayed.
5. Specific work orders for the asset can be viewed in depth, edited, or deleted/archived by clicking the corresponding icons in the Actions column.
6. When complete, click on the blue Go Back button.
