Work Order Boards: General Navigation

Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to inform users how to navigate Work Order Boards in the First Due Apparatus Module.

1. Click on Assets.

2. Click on Work Order Boards.


Click on Work Order Boards



3. Work order boards can be filtered by utilized the search filters.

4. Utilize the dropdown to select the appropriate work order board.

5. To begin a new work order, Click on the New Work Order button.

6. To view work order history for a particular work order board, click on the Work Order History Button.

7. From within the work order history view, select the work order board by using the Board dropdown.

8. Existing Work Orders can be viewed, edited, or deleted/archived by using the corresponding icons in the Actions column.






9. Work Orders appear in their respective status columns. Work orders can be manipulated on the board by selecting the work order tile and dragging it to a new location.

10. The Action icons in the work order tile allow users to view, edit, delete/archive, and/or print the selected work order.
