Updating your User Profile

Purpose

  1. To provide direction on how to update your user profile. 
  2. This allows you to:
    1. Add a profile image. 
    2. Change your password.
    3. Set a signature.
    4. As well as other options.

Directions

1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.

2. The first page you land on are Settings. Here you can-
  • Update the following fields:
    • Email
    • Primary Phone 
    • Inspector Phone. This will only appear for Fire Inspectors. 
  • You can Upload a Profile Image.
  • You can Add a Signature.
  • You can Choose a Landing Page. This is the page that you land on when you login to First Due.
  • Under Account Security you can: 
    • Update your Password. 
    • Update your PIN number. The PIN is used for the Medication Module.

3. Every time you make changes, it is important that you click Save located in the Upper Right Hand corner.

4. Moving onto Notifications, we have the ability to: 
  • Turn off Push Notifications from the First Due App.
  • Determine if we want a SMS text when dispatched. 
  • We can add Family phone numbers that receive texts when we are dispatched for calls.





5. The dispatch turnout settings allow you to filter which incidents you receive notification for. You can filter down by Unit or Type of incident.
  • The OR / AND toggle allows you to filter down even further. 
    • When OR is enabled, notifications will be sent for the Unit you select, as well as any incident types you select.
    • When AND is enabled, you will receive notification for only the incident types that the unit you select is dispatched for. 


The dispatch turnout settings allow you to filter which incidents you receive notification for. You can filter down by Unit or Type of incident.



6. Next is Messaging Options, where you can decide how you want to receive Call Shift and Messaging notifications. We always encourage two options to be enabled so you receive notifications in a timely manner.

7. My Personnel Record allow you to see your Personnel Record.
