Updating your User Profile

Purpose

  1. To provide direction on how to update your user profile. 
  2. This allows you to:
    1. Add a profile image. 
    2. Change your password.
    3. Set a signature.
    4. As well as other options.

Directions

1. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.


Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.



2. Here you have the ability to update your information. This includes:
  • Your Email.
  • Your Name.
  • Your personal phone number.
  • If you are marked as a inspector, you can put that number in as well.
  • You can also choose the landing page that you would like to encounter when logging into First Due.






3. You can also:
  1. Upload a profile image into the system. 
  2. Add a signature which can be auto-filled into:
    1. Incident Reports. 
    2. Asset Checks.
    3. Inspections.
    4. Training Sign-in Sheets.






4. Under Account Security you can:
  1. Change your password. 
  2. Set a PIN for the Medication Module.






5. When done making changes, click Save, then switch over to Notifications.

6. Here you can:
  • Disable notifications from the First Due system utilizing the switch. 
  • Determine how you want to receive Call Shifts or Messages from the Scheduling Module. 
  • Determine if you want to see all Dispatches or Filter them down. 
When done, click Save.
