Unlocking Users

Purpose

  1. To explain how to unlock users who have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to login.

Directions

1. Click on Admin > Users.






2. Click on the three vertical dots of the user who has their account locked. 


Click on the three vertical dots of the user who has their account locked.



3. Click on the unlock button. 


Click on the unlock button.



4. A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you wish to unlock their account. If so click Confirm.
