Instructions
1. Find Unit Travel Time Compliance in Reports -> Incidents.
2. By default, the report summarizes the percentage of individual apparatus responses that are compliant with NFPA 1710 Travel Time of 240 seconds for first arriving suppression units.
Travel Time = Arrive time - Dispatch time
3. The report is driven by the Travel Time column. All columns are sortable.
Any apparatus response with a travel time over the established threshold will be highlighted red.
4. Use the Advanced Search button to filter or change the travel time threshold.
5. Click on the Download icon to download all data comprising the report.
