In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.

Feature Enhancements

1. Certification Deletion and Assignment
  1. What: Ability to unassign a user from a certification.
  2. Why: Admins can now remove users from a certification. 
  3. How: Training > Manage Certifications.
  4. Use Case: Admins are now able to remove a user from a certification without affecting the overall certification itself

2. Pin a course based on User

  1. What: Ability to pin a course by user
  2. Why: Pinned courses will display only for selected users.
  3. How: Training > Setup > Courses
  4. Use Case: Admins are now able to pin courses specific to the user.

3. Display completed Date for Objectives within a Certification

  1. What: Display date the objective was completed within a certification
  2. Why: Ability to see when each objective was completed with a date stamp.
  3. How: Training > Manage Certifications
  4. Use Case: Users will be able to see individual dates for each objective completion.

4. Allow users to Save a class without required fields

  1. What: Users can now save a class without completing required fields.
  2. Why: Required fields will only be validated upon submission/completion.
  3. How: Training > Training Classes
  4. Use Case: Users can now fill in any fields, click save and retain progress.

5. Add assign date to Assigned Courses

  1. What: Assign date for each course can now be captured. 
  2. Why: Users needed to be able to reference when a course was assigned.
  3. How: Training > Set up > Courses
  4. Use Case: Time stamp for date course was assigned.
