ITM Field Management
Purpose:
- The purpose of this Knowledge Base Article is to demonstrate Field Management options for ITM Reports.
Video:
Instructions:
1. Click on Admin.
2. Click on Field Management.
3. Click on highlight.
4. Utilizing the Field Name filter type in: Type of System and Type of Service.
These are Field options available on the Business Portal for Service Providers to select from.
5. Click on Apply to filter the list down to the selected Field Names.
6. Click on pencil icon to edit the Field Names.
7. Click on "Add" to create custom field options for Type of Service.
8. Click on edit pencil for Type of System Field.
9. We are able to Add new types of Systems as well as edit or delete existing options.
