Setting Up Compound Rotations
Purpose
- To explain how to set up compound rotations.
- Compound rotations allow for individuals to be placed on multiple assignments on a rotation.
Video
Directions
1. Click on Scheduling > Setup.
2. Click on Rotations.
3. Click on Compound Rotations.
4. Fill in the:
- Name of the Compound Rotation.
- First Recurrence Pattern and Name.
- Second Recurrence Pattern and Name.
NOTE: The recurrence is how the shift is scheduled. In this case, we will use a 24/48.
5. The calendar will appear with a legend at the bottom. The first rotation is a light blue, the second rotation is a dark blue.
6. Offset allows you to offset the two rotations by a certain amount of days.
7. Click Save when done.
