To explain the Employee Time Off report for the Scheduling module.
How is this report helpful?
It reports Time Off hours by Time Off Types (set up in your Personnel > Set Up > Time Off Types). The report can display data for the entire organization, or for selected employees and/or assignments.
This report is similar to the Employee Time Overview report, but reports only Time Off hours by type and excludes the Work Time hours.

Instructions
Navigate to Reports > Scheduling Reports.
From the Scheduling Reports landing page, select the Employee Time Offreport from the dropdown menu.
The default setting for the report will be 30 days. If you wish to change that it can be done by selecting Advanced Search.
Once you have set your parameters the report will display Employee Time Off in 3 different ways.
Each version will have the capability to be downloaded or expanded into focus mode.
Reports can be downloaded in these formats: CSV, XLSX, or PDF.
