Purpose

  1. To explain the features of the Incident toolbar within the Responder view.

Features


1. From the Response module select Responder view.

2. Click to display or hide the dispatch tiles.
Note: Dispatch tiles are sorted with the most recent incident from left to right.



Click to Hide or display the dispatch tiles.



3. Clicking on the dispatch tile will take you to that incident.

4. Use the arrows to scroll in that direction or click More to be taken to the Dispatch Incident List.


Click More to display other dispatch tiles or use the arrows to advance in the direction.



5. Click the house icon to display the Responder Dashboard.

6. Selecting the Twitter integration will allow to search tweets by keywords with a timeframe from a radius of the incident location.

7. Click on this icon to view Call Notes and any Occupancy Call History at that location.

8. Click on the Weather icon to display regional notifications and alerts from the National Weather Service.

9. Clicking on the arrow will minimize the dashboard to the left.
Note: If dashboard is minimized the arrow will face right and if selected will expand the dashboard.

10. Click on the X to close the dashboard.
