Web Responder: Overall

Purpose

  1. To explain the features of the Incident toolbar within the Responder view.

Features


1. From the Response module select Responder view.





2. Click the dispatch bell to display or hide the calls.







3. Toggle All Calls to alternate between displaying all incidents and displaying only the units and incident types in the set alerting.






4. Selecting the dispatch will open incident details and center the map on the incident location.





5. There are several parts to the incident display:
1. Incident information
2. Statusing buttons (if applicable to the account)
3. Incident Details and Call Notes
4. Building Story gleaned from assessor imports and preplan information
5. Units on the incident
6. Responder status log (if applicable to the account)
7. Buttons for:
      a. Quick Route, which opens the Google Maps website in a new browser tab
      b. Call History giving you a list of previous dispatches to the incident location
      c. Preplan Dashboard
      d. Edit Preplan for the incident location



NOTE:
Selecting    magnifies the information in a new pop-up window. 




6. Selecting the vehicle tracking icon opens a list of jurisdictions or First Due clients that the units are able to be viewed.
