1. Navigate to the EMS Incident List.
2. Find the EMS Incident requested, and click on the Edit EMS Record Button (eyeball). The QA Status will be "Waiting".
3. Click on the Comments Icon to display all QA Comments.
4. Click on a comment and then the Go to Field button to navigate to that field within the report.
5. If a comment does not require an edit on the report, simply resolve and optionally type in a reply to the reviewer.
6. If a comment will require an edit to the report, the reviewer should have already placed the report into "In Progress" status. If they have not, you'll need to change the incident status to "In Progress" to make an edit if you have permissions to do so.
7. Click on Confirm to confirm.
8. Find the field that requires an edit.
9. Make the requested changes, then click Resolve. Optionally, leave a reply for the reviewer and click Send.
10. The Comments section will keep track of all comments and their resolved/unresolved status.
11. When finished, click on Submit Approval.
12. The Incident Status will change to "Provider Completed" and the QA Status will change to Pending. Your job as the Crew Member / Report Author is now complete.
