New Feature
1. Default Filter Settings for Date / Time Fields
- What: This creates the ability to add a default time range of choice to Date / Time filters.
- Why: Adding a default filter will speed up the system's filtering process. It also enables a user the ability to use multiple date ranges on a single report without adding the date range as criteria. This eliminates the need for duplicate reports with different date ranges.
- How: Reports > Ad-Hoc Reports > Create Report > Filters > Select a Date / Time Field > Select default by clicking the clock icon
- Use Case: You have a Report that runs for call types and can add a default filter for this year only. This way the Report runs faster and is not pulling from previous years. However, simply selecting a different date range from the Filter Drop-Down, will give you any previous data without leaving the Report.

New Data Fields
1. Training Instructors - "Instructor Duration Hours" has been added.
2. All Scheduling - "Total Pay" has been added.
Total Pay automatically calculates from Pay Rate x Work Type Multiplier x Duration (Hours)
3. ePCR Procedure - Custom Questions will now appear as a Data Field to be used as a Column.
NERIS Reporting Update
1. Data Source mapping for agencies using NFIRS or NERIS (with access to legacy NFIRS data).
What: Data fields (that are the same) have been mapped to the appropriate NERIS fields for data reporting after switching over.
This change will only be visible to agencies who have switched to NERIS.
NFIRS agencies will continue to see the standard NFIRS Data Fields in Incident Reporting.
Why: This update allows agencies to pull data from NERIS reports, while also being able pull data from legacy NFIRS reports.
How: Reports Module > Ad-Hoc Reports > Create Report > Data Source Configuration
2. Tags for NFIRS Related Data Fields.
What: Any data field that was used only for NFIRS will be tagged with "(NFIRS)" at the end of the field name.
Why: This helps designate between NERIS data fields and legacy NFIRS data fields when building reports.
3. Additional NERIS Data Fields
What: New fields have been added that were not present in NFIRS reports.
How: Once your agency makes the switch to NERIS, new data fields will populate in the Reports Module Data Source.
