In the event that you need to remove someone's availability in the My Shifts calendar, you can follow the below steps. This will allow you to remove a single day at a time so you can clear their scheduled days off.

1. Click on Scheduling > My Shifts.
2. Click on the Users field and search for the user that you want to adjust, selecting them from the list.
3. Click on Search.
4. The users schedule will appear on the calendar. Select the Availability that you want to remove from their calendar and click the X.
5. Click on Delete. The calendar will be updated appropriately.
