What: Administrators can now enter trades for end users.
Why: This allows for greater flexibility when utilizing trades, especially in cases where the trade does not follow the usual approval process.
How: Navigate to Scheduling > Shift Board and right-click on a user. You will see the ability to Add Trade, click this, fill in the information, and click Save.
Use Case: A user has a last-minute trade but cannot go through the usual submission-approval process. Administrators can enter the trade manually from the Shift Board, ensuring the user has the traded time off.

Use Case: My department doesn't require users to pay back individuals for trades, I can turn off the Trades Registry. Or, if your department only allows reciprocal trades, you could turn off the trades registry.

Fixes
Reciprocal Trade Request not sent to Approving User
What: A bug was causing Reciprocal Trade requests to not notify the approving user, preventing them from reviewing and accepting or denying the trade via Shift Trades → Review page. This has now been resolved, ensuring that notifications are correctly sent.
Shift Board not remembering items
What: We fixed an issue where the Shiftboard did not remember the last selected filter when navigating away and returning. Previously, users would select a specific board filter, but upon returning, the system would default back to "All Assignments," causing confusion and additional steps to reapply the correct filter.
Accrual Profiles Not Moving
What: Resolved an issue where accrual profiles were not automatically progressing to the next profile as expected. This was causing bank balances to remain outdated, leading to discrepancies in accrual calculations.
Payroll Summary Reports Printing Wrong Date
What:A bug was identified where the Payroll Summary Report displayed incorrect dates when printed or downloaded. The dates shown at the top did not match the filter applied, leading to inconsistencies in the report output. The issue is already solved.
Auto Hire Check Mark Vanished
What: A bug was reported where the Auto-Hire check mark would disappear on the Call Shift Page. The issue has been resolved.
The work subtype is removed when moving a user rotation to a work shift
What: A bug was reported where a work subtype would be removed automatically when a user was moved from a rotation to a work shift on the shift board. The issue has been resolved.
Time Card Hours appear as not approved after switching the Pay Period display
What: A bug was reported that previously approved Time Card hours would be reverted to not approved after updating the Pay Period view settings. This issue has been resolved.
Force Icons displayed incorrectly
What: An issue was reported where the Force icon was displaying inaccurately within the Mandatory Fills Detail page when the pagination was set to 20. The Force icon would not disappear after a user was forced and would remain until the pagination was set to 'all.' This issue has been fixed.
Error adding manual Trades Register
What: An issue was reported where any manual trade register entries were not saved. This issue has been resolved.
