Permit Process: Manual Workflow
  1. Agencies now have a choice between an automatic (default) or manual workflow permit process. Please note that switching an account from automatic to manual is is a major task, so it is important to carefully consider this decision. Please contact your CS Manager for more details since this is something they will have to perform for your account. Once configured by your CS Manager, the path to manage the manual permit statuses is Permits > Permit Status.

  2. Also new in Permits: As an agency, you can now use manual (agency) numbering for your permits (Permits > Permits > Add New Permit). Please contact your CS Manager to activate this feature.

Personnel Module

New Announcements Features
  1. We've added two new features to our Announcements (Personnel > Dashboard):
    1. Start and end dates can be added to the announcement to control the duration the announcement appears.
    2. Required reading - Check this box to activate a "Confirm Read" message dialog box that appears when users visit their Dashboard and a "required reading" announcement is posted.

Time Off Routing Requests
  1. An agency can now enable their account to let personnel route their Time Off Requests to specific on-duty personnel of a certain rank and/or apparatus assignment. To enable this feature, navigate to Personnel > Setup > Settings
NOTE: If there is no match for the rank or apparatus, then the person requesting time off will be prompted to manually select the person(s) to receive the request.

Candidate Method for Call Shifts
  1. New Candidate Method for Call Shifts (Personnel >Setup). When enabled, the call shift message is sent to every user at the same time.
