Release Notes - June 2021


Welcome to the June 2021 Release Notes! Thanks to user feedback, we've made some terrific enhancements to the Inspections and Assets Modules.

Inspections Module

This month, we've updated Inspections to give users the ability to manage inspection type.

Inspection Type Details 

  1. Set the default signature requirements and/or options via drop-down menu. 
  2. The inspection timer is now an on/off toggle. 
  3. Users can choose who completed the inspection via drop-down menu, opting for either the logged-in user or a name from the dropdown.




Managing Inspection Type Billing, Forms & Email Message

  1. Billing is now linked to inspection type.
  2. Users can manage the inspector contact information on the inspection form.
  3. Free-text notes can be added on the Inspection Report, in addition to a remark field for each question, which is included by default.
  4. Users can now customize outgoing inspection emails by adding text to the email message body and sender email address. Now, you can link your own email to your Inspections module so the outgoing reports will appear to be sent to recipients from your own email.






Assets Module

  1. We've added an inventory list so agencies can now view their inventory agency wide, including current counts, minimums, and maximums. Inventory can be placed into specific groups, including Hand Tools, Basic Medical Supplies, Advanced Medical Supplies, etc.






  1. We've improved assigning checklists to specific apparatus. When creating checklists, users can now easily place a checkmark next to each apparatus or piece of equipment to which the specific checklist applies. 





  1. Users can directly add specific compartments to checklists. When editing compartments of an apparatus, users can now place a checkmark next to a compartment and add it directly to a checklist. 





  1. Re-order compartment sequence and contents of a compartment using the drag and drop function.

  


  1. Quickly see the last time a piece of equipment was inspected. Equipment that is assigned to an apparatus also displays its most recent inspection date when looking at the apparatus inventory.
