You'll receive a prompt to "Request Shift Trade" or "Request Time Off". Choose one and the system will take you to the appropriate to finish your request...very cool!

Tiered Call Shifts
  1. You are now able to send a call shift request to a "secondary" rank in the event no one responds for the shift from the "primary" rank.  When initiating a call shift (Personnel > Call Shifts), move the "Tiered call shift" slider to the on position, then choose your "secondary" rank and/or group you wish to notify of the call shift (it's ok to use the same rank and group from the primary group).  The tiered or secondary group will receive a notification of the call shift after the primary rank has been notified AND the deadline has passed OR if all personnel from the primary rank declined the call shift.

    1. Date of Hire - More seniority (earlier hire date) is sorted higher on the list (i.e., person with more seniority gets the call shift)
    2. Alphabetical - Sorts by Last Name, then First Name (i.e., the person that comes first alphabetically wins the call shift)
    3. The last date worked (when the last overtime was) - The person that worked a call shift furthest in the past (earlier date) is sorted higher on the list (i.e., person that worked a call shift further in the past wins the call shift)

Training Module
