Invoice Form Builder
What: Create custom Invoice Templates
Why: This gives the Fire Department flexibility to use different forms for various situations, like overdue invoices, different services, or specific jurisdictions.
How: New Menu Option Added "Form Builder List."
Use Case: In conjunction with the ability to switch Invoice Form, the User can select a form to fit the situation like overdue invoices, different services, or specific jurisdictions.
Invoicing - Enhanced Fee Formula for Manual Invoices
What: Fire Departments can create an invoice line item based on occupancy data without enabling "Automate" for the invoice.
Why: This update allows users to apply the Fee Formula based on occupancy data for manual invoice line items.
How:
Occupancy Data Placeholders: When using the Fee Formula, the following occupancy fields are available to use:
Building Area Square Feet
Number of Common Areas
Number of Fire Pumps
Number of Units
Special Discount
Total Billable Area
Line Item Pricing Calculation:
With Service Address: When an invoice has a service address, the price will be calculated based on the formula using occupancy data.
Without Service Address: If no service address is provided, the price will default to 0.
Once added, line items can be edited or deleted. If the service address changes, the formula will only re-calculate if the item is removed and added again.
Permit Payments:
For CC/HH permits requiring payment, line items based on formulas (but not set to "Automatic") can now be selected.
Calculate based on occupancy data: If applying for a permit that requires payment, the cost is calculated using occupancy data for formula-based items.
Use Case: This update allows users to apply the Fee Formula based on occupancy data for manual invoice line items.

Feature Enhancements
Invoicing - Refunds Now Visible on Customer Invoice Page
What: We’ve made an update to the customer-facing invoice page to help users view all parts of their invoices more easily.
Why: Now, when viewing the invoice on the customer page, they’ll also see any refunds listed.
How: A new “Refunds” section appears after the customer invoice page's “Payments” section.
